No Wonder Why I Dance

I believe my thoughts rush about as the mind’s wind.
Moods register as shifting low and high pressure systems.
Anger expresses my mental thunder and lightning.
A hurricane originates in heat rising from my deeper waters.

The seasons exhibit the tilt of my convictions.
A drought means anxiety shuts me off from myself
and I must find a way to make rain.
